Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship within the United States only.

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days
  

 

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Ansar Aroma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
